We are a national charity that focuses on young people working and learning to boost their employability, as well as the sustainability of communities and employers. StudentForce provides a high-quality recruitment service to employers looking for enthusiastic and motivated graduates. Our service includes a programe of training and support to ensure that the objectives of the placement are achieved to the highest standard. StudentForce is centrally based in England in the market town of Oakham in the East Midlands Region. As a national charity we advise, recruit, support and train young people from the UK and other parts of Europe. However most of our projects are based in the central and eastern parts of England, especially in the East Midlands Region. We place graduate Project Workers in the East Midlands, East of England, Yorkshire and Humberside, London and West Midlands Regions.

With nearly 40 years' experience of raising awareness, training, and facilitation, and providing a forum for dialogue, we demonstrate what is possible, helping all kinds of organisations make the difficult and complex decisions needed for a sustainable future.
